After being cleaned, the whole fish will be absorbed in garlic, green chili sauce, cilantro and lime leaves. Finally, they steam the whole fish in the tangy lime juice sauce on a metal fish shaped pan. Steamed fish is soft, sweet and aromatic which will linger on the tip on your tongue.
